York RI Sailing Club

York RI Sailing Club is a friendly family club sailing dinghies on the River Ouse in York. We sail one and two man boats and have a full programme of dinghy racing and cruising activities. We also have several club boats which can be made available to members.

special equipment required: no specialised equipment is needed. Soft soled nonslip shoes, waterproofs, change of clothes and towel. Life jackets must be worn at all times and can be provided by the club.

Notes
Under sixteens must be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately sailing at YRISC is not suitable for people with severe mobility or sight problems.
