York Advocacy provides independent advocates to assist people with learning disabilities to speak up for their rights and entitlements and help to solve their problems.

Aerobics
Movements that work the heart and lungs, increasing fitness, assists in weight loss and specifically tones legs, bums and tums. With both high and low impact variations, anyone can join in this fun session and work out at their own level.
