A 4.5 acre contemporary garden with formal and informal mixture.

The Wendy House Children's Day Nursery
We look after children aged 0-5 yrs, Monday to Friday 8.15am-5.45pm. Children attend both full-time and part-time. We are a small family run, friendly nursery with fully qualified and well experienced staff.

The Writers @ York Library
To promote a space for writing in a supportive atmosphere that aims at a fairly structured but relaxed mood where writers feel safe to share their work and receive constructive feedback from one another.

The York Stars (formerly known as York Rising Stars)
An amateur dramatics group for all ages and abilities. We're a not for profit group who aim to make theatre accessible to all.

The Young Groves
Young Groves is a club for youngsters aged 7-16 years. The club is open four nights a week. We offer various activities including our own football team, pool, tennis, arts and crafts and lots more.

Thorganby Village Hall Committee
Initially to raise money to build a new village hall. After a number of years hard work, we now have a new village hall and are continuing to raise money to fit it out and enhance village amenities.
