Most of us experience improved health when we

 But how often do we consider the benefits of a healthy mind?
Come along and find out why an increasing number of people (including students, parents of young children, corporate directors and healthcare professionals) are turning to mindfulness meditation not only to support their general well-being but also as a means of managing health concerns such as high blood pressure, IBS, CFS/ME stress, anxiety and depression.
No previous experience of meditation is required as the day is designed to explore the benefits of meditation to our health and to provide the opportunity for delegates to experience mindfulness meditation. 
This day of inspiration and relaxation at the beautiful Middlethorpe Hall will offer the opportunity to
• Take some time out to recharge your batteries
• Experience the benefits of secular mindfulness meditation
• Develop skills to use in your daily life to help you become and remain calm, relaxed, focused and energised.
